1. RESPECT THE BESTGIRAFFE COMMUNITY

1.1. Don’t abuse the BestGiraffe Website. Every feature on the BestGiraffe Website involves the optimum level of trust. BestGiraffe trusts you to be responsible, and Users are required to respect that trust.

2. BESTGIRAFFE REVIEWS VIDEOS FLAGGED AS INAPPROPRIATE

2.1. Before uploading an Advertisement, BestGiraffe reviews the same so as to make sure that they are in conformity with the Terms of Use (available at http://www.bestgiraffe.com/company_termsofuse.asp).

2.2. Please read the Terms of Use carefully before uploading any Advertisements.

2.3. If you are offended or upset by any BestGiraffe Advertisement or are of the opinion that it is not in conformity with the Terms of Use, you may avail the facility available of flagging it as inappropriate by clicking on the icon “Flag as inappropriate” situated next to each BestGiraffe Advertisement on the Website.

2.4. When a BestGiraffe Advertisement gets flagged (“Flagged Advertisement”), BestGiraffe reviews the same so as to determine whether it violates the Terms of Use. Please note, Flagged Advertisements are not automatically taken down by the system. If the Flagged Advertisement is removed after review, you can assume that BestGiraffe removed it purposefully, and you should take our warning notification seriously.

3. DON'T CROSS THE LINE

3.1. Here are some common-sense rules that will help you steer clear of trouble:

 BestGiraffe is not for pornography or sexually explicit content. If this describes your uploaded Advertisement, don’t post it on BestGiraffe. Also, be advised that BestGiraffe work closely with law enforcement and we report child exploitation and all other violations of the law.

 Advertisements showing dangerous or illegal acts, graphic violence and other inappropriate aspects are not allowed on the BestGiraffe Website.

 Respect copyright: Only upload Advertisements that you created or that you have obtained the rights to use. This means don’t upload Advertisements you didn’t create, or use content in your Advertisements that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programs, or videos made by others, without their permission. Read our Terms of Use for more information.

 We at BestGiraffe encourage free speech and defend everyone’s right to express unpopular points of view. But we don’t permit hate speech which contains slurs or the malicious use of stereotypes intended to attack or demean a particular gender, sexual orientation, community, race, religion, or nationality.

 There is zero tolerance for predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or the revealing of other User’s personal information. BestGiraffe reserves the right to permanently ban anyone caught doing these things from the BestGiraffe Website and in some cases, report the same to the law enforcement agencies.

 Don't try to cheat the system: BestGiraffe does not allow gamed thumbnails, spamming tags, or creation of dummy User Accounts that do things a human can’t possibly do.

3.2. These Community Guidelines shall be binding on you. Violations of the Terms of Use may result in a warning notification or may result in termination of your User Account on BestGiraffe Website and deletion of all your uploaded Advertisements from the BestGiraffe Website. BestGiraffe decides whether your violation of our Terms of Use should result in termination of your User Account. If you have a User Account terminated you are prohibited from ever signing up for another User Account.

4. BESTGIRAFFE IS FOR THE COMMUNITY

Remember that this is your community! Each and every user of BestGiraffe makes the site what it is, so don't be afraid to dig in and get involved!
